CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3 years Experience in Airconditioning
• Proficient communication skills
• English – speak, read & write
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Installation maintenance and repair air conditioning systems and electrical equipments.
• Troubleshoot and diagonose HVAC and electrical issues
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance on equipment
• Routine inspection and repair of equipment
• Monitor the performance and adjust equipment to obtain maximum efficiency.
• Ensure that all operation and maintenance activities are properly recorded and documented.
• Response to emergency and breakdowns.
• Assist to perform the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing and others when and where required.
• Advises Team Leaders and Supervisors concerning major repairs / changes required.
• Propose any up gradation for equipment to your upper staffs
• Assist supervisors, Engineers, sub-contractors on maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting tasks.
• Soft handling with customers
• Training of sub staffs whenever required
• Should ready to work on day, mid- day and night shifts
• Report daily job attended/ completed/ inspected to upper staffs
• Should ready to update the technical knowledge
• Should ready to attend any authority exams based on company requirement.
• Attend government authorities site visit/ inspection
