Job Summary:
We are seeking attractive and dynamic Filipino ladies and gentlemen to join our team as Sales Promoters. The role involves working in our designated sections within client retail shops to introduce and promote our perfume products to consumers, driving sales through excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Station in the employer’s section within client retail shops.
• Introduce and demonstrate perfume products to consumers to encourage purchases.
• Achieve sales targets set by the employer.
• Maintain a professional, attractive appearance aligned with the promotional role.
• Follow company policies on conduct, dress code, and performance standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the employer.
Work Schedule:
• Shifts typically range from 10 to 12 hours per day, based on location.
• May include weekends and holidays as required.
Compensation:
• Base Salary: 2,000 AED per month.
• Commission: Performance-based, depending on sales targets and practicality.
