Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new landlords to expand our property portfolio.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and key partners.
Negotiate and close property management contracts to meet company targets.
Collaborate with marketing and revenue management to maximize occupancy and owner returns.
Represent OPS at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Requirements
3–5 years’ proven experience in business development (hospitality/real estate preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate and short-term rental regulations is an advantage.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
