Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall maintenance management of Maple Suites properties, including but not limited to, day-to-day maintenance support and planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests pertaining to day-to-day maintenance support and providing top customer service.
- Scheduling, arranging, and supervising all the day-to-day maintenance support requests and the planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
- Communicating and coordinating with guests, contractors, and building managements to arrange for the day-to-day maintenance support requests.
- Communicating and coordinating with guests, contractors, and building managements to arrange for the scheduling of preventive planned maintenance (PPM).
- Supervising the work of contractors to ensure compliance, and to ensure that contractors are delivering top-tier workmanship to Maple Suites.
- Reviewing all maintenance reports and briefing and advising the company’s management.
- Ensuring the compliance of all properties with all regulatory standards related to maintenance.
- Delivers 100% customer satisfaction consistently by providing the customer with a top-notch experience with their stay.
- Performing all other aspects of holiday homes management as deemed necessary by the company’s management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, certification, or degree in a maintenance related field.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a maintenance technician in the UAE.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
- Fluent in English, other language skills are a plus.
- Having a UAE Driver’s License is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary range: AED 4,500 – AED 5,000 per month.
Ability to Commute:
Within Dubai (required).
