We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for property sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Advertising
Post property ads regularly on online portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, social media, etc.)
Create attractive listings with accurate details, images, and pricing.
Promote company projects through WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Inventory Management
Search and collect new property listings from owners, developers, and secondary market.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available units (sales & rentals).
Coordinate with owners for viewing access and updated pricing.
Client Handling
Attend to client inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties.
Schedule and conduct property viewings professionally.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close deals.
Documentation & Coordination
Assist in preparing MOUs, reservation forms, and sales documents.
Coordinate with developers, owners, and the Land Department for smooth transfers.
Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Meet monthly sales targets set by the company.
Follow up with leads systematically to convert inquiries into sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and owners.
Requirements
Previous real estate experience preferred (fresh candidates with strong sales skills may also apply).
Good knowledge of Ajman real estate market is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English (Urdu / Arabic is a plus).
Basic computer & social media skills.
Must be self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
