We are seeking a highly professional and adaptable Personal Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic, multi-sector business group.
This role goes beyond traditional administration, requiring strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage both professional and personal affairs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar (business meetings, travel, personal appointments).
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
• Coordinate with local and regional teams, partners, and investors.
• Handle luxury domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas).
• Oversee personal tasks and private events with high attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality of contracts, documents, and sensitive information.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager supporting C-level executives.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Flexibility for frequent international travel.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills, able to perform under demanding deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with high-level lifestyle management and premium travel planning.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive all-inclusive salary in the range of USD 3,000 – 5,500, based on experience and final interview.
• For business assignments outside Qatar and Dubai, accommodation and living expenses will be provided.
• One annual round-trip flight ticket to home country.
