Job Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via Telegram and maintain strong relationships.
Provide customer support to users, resolving queries and ensuring a smooth experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor operations and transaction flow.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, especially over chat
Familiarity with Indian banking systems and payment gateways.
Prior experience in customer service, P2P platforms, or trading apps is a plus.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling vendor/merchant relations.
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a bonus)
