We are seeking a full-time Videographer cum Video Editor to handle all in-house shoots and editing. This role will focus on:
Property tours & lifestyle content
Agent personal branding videos
CEO & Directors’ personal brand content
A I X Realty corporate branding

Key Responsibilities
Shoot & edit real estate property tours, lifestyle reels, vlogs, office shoots, and interviews.
Develop branding content for agents, company, CEO & Directors.
Produce high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Plan & execute monthly content calendars with the marketing team.
Handle lighting, audio, and production gear independently.
Core Skills & Tools (Required)
Premiere Pro + After Effects + DaVinci Resolve → Core editing & motion graphics.
Illustrator + Photoshop → Infographics, creative layouts, & thumbnails.
Audition + iZotope RX → Professional audio cleanup & sound design.
Blender (optional) → Advanced 3D & visual elements.
Requirements
1+ year of videography + editing experience (real estate preferred).
Strong understanding of social media trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
Creative eye for storytelling & brand positioning.
Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless, gimbals, lighting, and sound.
