Role Summary:
As a Food Delivery Hero, you are the face of our company, responsible for delivering hot, fresh meals from the best restaurants in the city directly to our customers' doors. Your goal is to ensure a speedy, safe, and smile-worthy delivery experience every time.
Key Duties:
Accept and execute delivery requests via the company's rider app.
Travel from restaurants to customer locations by the most efficient route.
Maintain the quality and temperature of food orders during transit using provided delivery bags.
Communicate effectively with the customer via phone/SMS for delivery instructions if needed.
Manage multiple deliveries per shift to maximize efficiency and earnings.
Ensure 100% accuracy in order collection and delivery.
