We are currently hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in hospitality or facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards
Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance
Maintain housekeeping inventory and order supplies when necessary
Prepare daily work schedules and assign tasks to staff
Handle staff performance, attendance, and resolve any issues that arise
Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards at all times
Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
