Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Event Coordinator/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, organizing, and executing events of various sizes and types.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee all logistics for events.
• Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors such as entertainment providers.
• Team Management: Coordinate with internal teams, or event staff to ensure all tasks are executed on time and within scope.
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Oversee event setup and breakdown.
• On-Site Management: Be present at events to manage all aspects.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) in event planning or event management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
