Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Sales
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Use Bitrix24 CRM to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and monitor deal progress.
Marketing & Networking
• Generate leads through social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for properties.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to create personalized marketing materials and ads.
Negotiation & Closing
• Conduct property viewings and present properties in the best possible light.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms on behalf of clients.
• Ensure smooth execution of deals from start to finish, coordinating with all stakeholders.
Market Research & Reporting
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
• Provide market analysis and reports to clients and management.
• Use AI tools to predict market trends and identify profitable opportunities.
Key Skills & Requirements
• Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms, preferably Bitrix24.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience using AI tools for marketing and operations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Number of properties sold or rented monthly.
• Growth in client database and retention rates.
• Timely and accurate updates on Bitrix24 CRM.
• Positive client feedback and testimonials.
